ExtraCharFormat - FrameMaker Plugin

ExtraCharFormat is a FrameMaker "plugin" developed for FrameMaker 5.5 and above, and can be used with both structured and unstructured files. This plugin allows you to set the "OffsetVertical" and OffsetHorizontal" character style properties.

These properties let you adjust the relative position (horizontal or vertical) of characters. FrameMaker allows these properties to be applied to structured documents through EDD properties (via ParagraphFormatting/PropertiesFont/[OffsetHorizontal|OffsetVertical]), but does not make them available to unstructured documents (without hacking the MIF file). This plugin makes these properties easliy available through a dialog box interface.

Note that the FM8 version of ExtraCharFormat is still under development. If you need to install ExtraCharFormat on FM8, please contact us for a manual installer package.
