AIR Help: Proto 4 - Misc Notes

I've changed the way context sensitive help calls are made so there is
always just one argument:

- To display the "image.html" file..
"ditaref-airhelp.exe" image.html

- To display the Search panel, prepopulated with a query..
"ditaref-airhelp.exe" "search:this is a test"

- To display the website google.com..
"ditaref-airhelp.exe" "http://www.google.com"
